New Topdek dealers

After a successful workshop, we welcomed three new Topdek dealers this week:

• Marena Sloepen in Akkrum
• RSL Dienstverlening in Steenwijk
• Ruud all-round yacht building in Alphen aan den Rijn

The companies attended a workshop in the spring, where they were able to learn the tricks of the trade: making molds, welding panels and installing the panels. The workshop was held in our workshop in Lelystad, where we have all the necessary equipment and materials available. We believe that training our dealers and their employees is important to monitor the quality of our product. However, attending a supervised workshop is different from working independently. That is why we offer a trial package with which they can practice.

Many candidates are already working in practice on building or renovating ship decks, often with teak or another alternative to teak. The work, such as making a mold and cutting planks to size, is not unfamiliar to them. However, processing Topdek into a panel is different than with teak or cork.

Enthusiastic

After attending the Workshop, the candidates started working with the trial package at their company. The above-mentioned companies were enthusiastic and wanted to join the Topdek dealer network. Being a dealer at Topdek offers them many advantages. Not only do they benefit from the brand awareness, but we can also share leads with them and offer (promotional) support. After it became clear that they met the conditions, they officially became Topdek dealers.
